The Organizational Development Training, hosted by WVAF in partnership with ACSG and JHF, was successful, supported by funding from Stichting Nepal and Wilde Ganzen Foundation. Held at The Lakeside Retreat in Pokhara, it provided an ideal learning environment.
Facilitated by Senior Trainer Buddhi Bahadur Tamang, the training focused on key topics such as institutionalization, the AI approach, and organizational excellence, essential for enhancing the effectiveness of social initiatives. Interactive activities encouraged active participation and deeper understanding among participants.
Training delved into various aspects of leadership roles, including types of leadership and team-building principles. Participants engaged in insightful discussions on conflict transformation and resource management, emphasizing good governance and human resource development practices.
