Mr. Bhatta a result driven professional with more than 9 years of experience in project management, community based natural resource management, institutional development, civil society strengthening, disaster risk management and rights based advocacy. Mr. Bhatta having  major expertise in program/project identification, preparation and implementation, generating community participation in conservation and development activities, education in emergencies, responsible business practices, institutional building, training/research and disaster management. Mr. Bhatta possesses sound understanding of M&E system; can work in a team, good interpersonal skill and sound inter‐cultural knowledge are his positive attributes. Mr. Bhatta Worked successful implementation of EU, DFID/UK AID, USAID, FCA, UNICEF and ILO funded project activities implemented by WVAF since 2012 in the capacities of Project Manager, National Program Coordinator and Senior Management Team member.
