Having a wonderful childhood with three siblings and experiencing three different schools contributed to her diverse perspectives and adaptability. Her work extends beyond government agencies to collaborations with UN, I/NGOs, bilateral, and multilateral development organizations. Covering a wide array of topics including Gender and Social Inclusion, Social Preparation, Entrepreneurship development, Partners support, Downward accountability, Micro-credit, Cooperative formation, Gender-based violence, and Livelihoods promotion, she has significantly contributed to the professional development of others in the field. In essence, her journey is a rich tapestry of experiences, expertise, and a profound belief in the transformative power of social development when approached with dedication and a genuine commitment to addressing the needs of communities.
